She’s celebrating Mother’s Day with a Bennifer throwback video

Jennifer Lopez released a Bennifer throwback video from 2003 that showed the two – then first engaged – together.
US star Jennifer Lopez (52) celebrated Mother’s Day with a Bennifer throwback video. She posted a clip on Instagram on Sunday of herself and her fiancé, Oscar winner Ben Affleck (49), showing the two at an NBA game on May 11, 2003. At that time they were engaged for the first time and wished their mothers a “Happy Mother’s Day” in the event camera. The singer and actress also commented on the post itself with “Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!!”
The game the two attended at the time was a playoff game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs. It took place at the Staples Center in LA, now known as the Crypto.com Arena. Lopez and Affleck appeared very much in love at the time, even sharing a kiss that was captured by photographers throughout the game.
Affleck and Lopez: First engagement failed
The couple had already planned their wedding around 20 years ago. “Yes, we’re engaged,” Lopez confirmed in an interview with ABC in late 2002. In 2004, the two US stars announced their separation after two years together. The 52-year-old married singer Marc Anthony (53) shortly afterwards – her third marriage. With him she had the twins Emme and Max in 2008. Affleck also said yes to another: He married his fellow actress Jennifer Garner (50) in 2005, with whom he has three children: Violet (16), Seraphina (13) and Sam (10 ).
A year ago, Affleck and Lopez got back together. In mid-April, the New York native announced their renewed engagement.
