Johannes, 34, and Jessica Haller, 32, have a daughter and are very happy with each other. With their bodies, at some point they weren’t anymore. Paparazzi pictures had opened the eyes of the two. “There are paparazzi photos of us, I didn’t know if I should cry or scream,” said the ex-“Bachelorette” in a video she published on YouTube last year. It was time for the couple to make a change. Her plan: A new body in 70 days. And it worked! Now the 32-year-old dares the experiment again.

Jessi and Johannes shed a lot of sweat during the 70 days of their fitness journey, maybe even a few tears. “The 70 days were really awesome. A total up and down,” recalled the 34-year-old. On YouTube, the reality TV couple showed how tough the transformation really was. No alcohol, a lot of exercise with a personal trainer and only healthy food, a lot of deprivation and certainly stress – the two have shown a lot of discipline. And she wants to do that again in 2023.

Sweat and tears pay off

“No pain, no gain,” the parents of daughter Haily-Su, 2, now know. But for the two of them it was absolutely worth it to do without many amenities for 70 days. Both have lost significant body fat, their bodies are now much tighter and more muscular. They showed how much they had changed in a post in October 2022 on Instagram. They can be seen in bathing suits in the photos, proudly presenting their well-trained bodies to their community. Both of them even have a six-pack, the upper arms and thighs are much more defined. But the most important thing for the two: “It not only looks better in my eyes, you also feel better.”

70 Day Challenge, the second

For Jessica Haller, the body project is now entering the second round. As she reveals on Instagram, she has started her 70-day challenge again. What that means: intensive training and conscious eating. She now shows the second in concrete terms on her account. What does Jessica eat in a day? In a reel she reveals it now. She tracks her values ​​precisely: she eats 1,600 calories a day, divided into 40% protein, 35% carbohydrates, and 25% fat.

It’s perhaps no surprise that healthy foods are on the menu. You probably wouldn’t have expected that she would still be able to eat almost normally. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks in between – Jessi’s plan is not too restrictive. Of course, it is important that no alcohol and no refined sugar are consumed.
