The US presenter Jimmy Fallon has published a Christmas carol with a corona theme together with Ariana Grande and Megan Thee Stallion.

Mariah Carey and Wham! have just made it back to the top of the German single charts, determined by GfK Entertainment, with their classics “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and “Last Christmas”. Presenter and comedian Jimmy Fallon (47) now wants to show off with his own Christmas song. But he also has two stars on board.

Fallon posted the video for his song “It Was A … (Masked Christmas)” on YouTube released. At the presenter’s side, singer Ariana Grande (28) and rapper Megan Thee Stallion (26) can be seen and heard. But not only the trio itself is unusual. The Christmas carol is also about the festival during the corona pandemic.

“We’ll line up for a booster”

In the song and the funny clip it says, among other things: “It was a masked Christmas, we stayed in the house. We covered our nose and mouth. But it’s Christmas time and we will be in line for a booster.” However, you shouldn’t take everything about the song seriously. Among other things, the three of them sing about simply covering everything with disinfectant – including the Christmas meal.

He couldn’t believe that a song of his was on the radio wrote Fallon on Twitter. And he couldn’t believe that he was in a music video alongside Grande and Megan Thee Stallion.
