Among his recommendations for sleeping better, one is enough to arouse curiosity: make love or at least… have an orgasm. According to the doctor, orgasm acts like a “natural anxiolytic”. During his speech on set, he said that 76% of people aged between 25 and 50 said they slept better after an orgasm. A statistic that rivals that of people taking anxiolytics, with only 66% reporting quality sleep. Jimmy Mohamed thus underlined, not without humor, that the orgasm was a “good free sleeping pill, without prescription and without side effects”.

This isn’t the first time Jimmy Mohamed has shared health tips. In his previous book, Zero constraints to lose weight, published in February 2023, it already gave tips for eating better.
