US President Joe Biden has been married to his Jill for 47 years. The secret behind their long marriage is apparently “good sex.”
Joe (81) and Jill Biden (72) seem to be in love like the first day, even after 47 years of marriage. The US president and his wife are not afraid to show their love for each other in front of the world – this includes kisses in front of the cameras, romantic date nights and public displays of affection. The politician also regularly introduces himself as “Jill’s husband” during appearances or picks flowers for his Jill. The key to their loving marriage, which has lasted for almost five decades, is apparently also “good sex”. The 81-year-old Democrat is said to have revealed this to employees in the White House.

This is what author Katie Rogers writes according to the British Daily Mail in her new book, “American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden.” In it, Rogers, a long-time Washington reporter for the New York Times, evaluates how the role of the first lady has changed in recent decades.
Joe Biden is said to regularly joke about his intimate life with Jill Biden and give marriage advice in the White House – and “to the dismay of his wife,” writes Rogers. His daring comments make the First Lady “angry.”
This isn’t the first time Joe Biden has spoken out loud
As early as 2006, Biden made a public remark about his sex life with Jill, according to the Daily Mail: When asked whether he wanted to run for the Democrats in the next presidential election, the then-senator is said to have replied that he would rather be “at home with me “Making love to my wife while my children sleep”.
The Bidens met in 1975. Jill was a student at the University of Pennsylvania and newly separated from her first husband; Joe was a senator for the state of Delaware and had been widowed for three years. The couple married on June 17, 1977 and brought their two sons Beau (1969-2015) and Hunter (54) into the marriage. Their daughter Ashley was born in June 1981 (42).
