Saber Interactive And Focus Entertainment continue their collaboration and have just unveiled on the occasion of the Summer Game Fest 2023 a brand new video game in a brand new license, John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando. A title that already has something to attract attention, because yes, John Carpenter participated in its design.
Eh yes, Big JohnTHE Master of Horroris a big fan of video games, John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando is intriguing. As the first gameplay trailer shows, the title will be A FPS very violent and very gore cooperative in a post-apocalyptic worldit will be necessary to shoot at everything that moves, especially zombies which will be animated thanks to the SwarmEngine of World War Z.
In the near future, a scientific experiment aimed at harnessing the power of the Earth’s core goes into a tailspin and causes the Sludge God to awaken. This ancient filth then begins to terraform the region, turning the ground into slimy dark matter and its inhabitants into undead infected. Luckily, the genius behind this mayhem has a plan to fix it all. He just needs a team of overtrained mercenaries… No luck: they were all too expensive. That’s why he had to settle for… Toxic Commando.
Play as one of the Commando members, team up with your buddies, and send the Sludge and his horde back to where they came from. Choose your class; your playstyle, grab your favorite crate, and go save the planet with your guns, grenades, special powers and even super stylish katanas.
