Thus, the South African billionaire will have to provide “All communications between him and Mrs. Heard concerning Mr. Depp”, as well as “Any allegation of physical or domestic violence committed by Mr. Depp or Ms. Heard”. The court summons would include 24 claims in total.

If he has not reacted yet, Elon Musk has already contradicted Johnny Depp's suspicions in the past. “I certainly didn't have an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, that's totally wrong ”, he had declared in the columns of New York Times in July 2020. The second richest man in the world – after Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon – said he started dating the actress a month after filing for divorce.
