By citing the boss of Tesla and SpaceX to appear, Johnny Depp hopes to prove he was never violent with Amber Heard. But not that … The 57-year-old actor once again accuses Elon Musk of having an extramarital affair with his wife, while they were still married. Thus, the South African billionaire will have to provide “All communications between him and Mrs. Heard concerning Mr. Depp”, as well as “Any allegation of physical or domestic violence committed by Mr. Depp or Ms. Heard”. The court summons would include 24 claims in total.
If he has not reacted yet, Elon Musk has already contradicted Johnny Depp's suspicions in the past. “I certainly didn't have an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, that's totally wrong ”, he had declared in the columns of New York Times in July 2020. The second richest man in the world – after Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon – said he started dating the actress a month after filing for divorce. He also took the opportunity to "Recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and turn the page", and also challenge the chameleon of American cinema: “If Johnny wants a cage fight let me know. ”
Between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, the war is not over
It all started in 2016, when Amber Heard filed for divorce and accused her of domestic violence in the press… photo support. Text messages – which he tried to hide from the courts – then weakened Johnny Depp's defense, as did a particularly damning audio recording. But everything changed in 2018, when the actor of Pirates of the Caribbean in turn accuses Amber Heard of domestic violence.
