Join the Inquisition in Salt and Sacrifice

Following Salt and SanctuaryDark fantasy RPG largely inspired by Souls, Salt and Sacrifice will be released on May 10, 2022. The Ska Studios game is expected on PC, PS4 and PS5.

In a kingdom that was once peaceful but now troubled by the invasion of mages, you will play as a condemned criminal who, to save his own skin, becomes a “marked inquisitor”. Your role is simple. You will have to venture into sometimes unexplored territories in order to annihilate the mages, personified incarnations of elemental chaos. Forced into the inquisition, you will have to make your own decisions.

To carry out your mission of extermination, you will be able to harvest the flesh and bones of the mages you have defeated, and thus craft unique weapons and armor. Mastery of the runic arts will also be very important for ranged combat. And because you don’t have to fight the enemy alone, finding a stalking partner will be possible with both online and local co-op.

Compared to its predecessor, Salt and Sacrifice puts much more emphasis on the faction system. If you will be able to form alliances to face the most difficult enemies, rivalries will also be present.
