If Jonathann Daval needs this money, it is because he has been ordered to pay 160,000 euros in damages to Alexia’s family, including 130,000 euros to the parents of the victim, Jean-Pierre and Isabelle Fouillot. “Alexia’s sister, Stéphanie Gay, her husband and their son will be respectively compensated up to 18,000 euros, 8,000 euros and 3,000 euros“, specifies the mother of the detainee. Incarcerated since January 30, 2018, the day of his confession, Jonathann Daval has already served 5 of the 25 years in prison to which he was sentenced.
