Jörg Wontorra injured himself while playing golf. The moderator fell three meters down an embankment and had to go to the hospital.
The TV presenter Jörg Wontorra (72) was apparently very lucky in the misfortune. As he reveals to the "Bild" newspaper, a serious mishap happened to him while playing otherwise harmless golf. While looking for a golf ball, he slipped, stumbled and then fell three meters down an embankment. "Unfortunately, I landed with my forehead on the gravel and had to be sewn and stapled in the hospital," says Wontorra.
He was initially in shock after the accident, but is now fine again. He was able to leave the clinic quickly and is now recovering. In ten days the strings would then be pulled. The sports presenter himself is annoyed by his lapse: "I'm a skilled ball seeker. Something like this has never happened to me …"
