IThis could be one of the last important steps before the two Toulouse investigating judges close their investigation. On November 9, at night, investigating judges, investigators, lawyers and indicted will meet in front of 19, rue Yves-Montand, in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn, where the Jubillar’s home is located, for a reenactment, according to a source familiar with the matter. It is here that Delphine Jubillar was seen for the last time, before disappearing on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. She never gave a sign of life again.
The magistrates therefore granted a request from Cédric Jubillar’s defense lawyers who had written to them on June 27, 2022 to request transport to the scene in the presence of their client. According…
