Two years have passed since the disappearance in Cagnac-les-Mines of the one who is now nicknamed “the Tarn nurse”. If, for the moment, the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar remains whole, her husband Cédric is still in the sights of the investigators. Indicted in June 2021 for “murder of a spouse” and placed in pre-trial detention for 18 months now, he continues, against all odds, to proclaim his innocence.
While the instruction should end at the beginning of the year 2023, the Jubillar file would still be thin, say the husband’s lawyers. Some elements nevertheless raise questions.
