The companion of Cédric Jubillar, heard in mid-December in the investigation into the disappearance of wife Delphine more than a year ago in the Tarn, said Thursday that she still supports him, admitting “not to be sure at 100% of his innocence “

Cédric and Delphine Jubillar, 33, who worked as a night nurse in a clinic in Albi, were in the process of divorce when, on December 15, 2020, she disappeared in the middle of the night from their house in Cagnac-les-Mines. Shortly before, he had learned that his wife had a lover and was planning to start a new life with him.
In this investigation without a body or confession, he remains the number 1 suspect. He claims to be innocent, but the courts consider that they have sufficient evidence to keep him in pre-trial detention.
Tuesday, the investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal must examine a new request for the release of Cédric Jubillar.
