Judas: The game from Ghost Story Games (Ken Levine) may not arrive before 2025

The fans of BioShock may be waiting for the return of this license that has been shelved for too long, but part of the community is instead monitoring the return to business of Ken Levinethe creator of this series, who now works at Ghost Story Games on a brand new project. This one, who responds to the name of Judas, was presented to us at the last Game Awards, with an intriguing and promising video. And if we can’t wait to find out more about him, we’ll have to be patient.

March 2025 as the ultimate deadline, for now

Even if it was presented a few weeks ago, obviously we should not expect that Judas necessarily come out in 2023, or even next year.

This information comes to us from Take-Two’s latest tax report and future forecasts for the next few years, and more specifically from IGN, which was able to ask Strauss ZelnickGroup CEO, whether Judas was included in the 87 games that will see the light of day before March 2025. Zelnick answered in the affirmative, while declaring that he was not afraid to postpone certain releases if the need arises. He wasn’t talking specifically about Judas here, but we understand that the game is one of the candidates for such postponements.

We can always cross our fingers and hope that the title of Ghost Story Games arrives at us sooner, by 2024, but given the history of the development of the project, which took several years to take shape, rather wish that Ken Levine and his teams are in no hurry.
