Judith Williams sees herself as a very loving mother who can also be strict – especially when it comes to digital media.

“Die Höhle der Löwen” star Judith Williams (49, “How dreams learn to fly”) strives for a balance in the upbringing of her two daughters Sophia (14) and Angelina (11) that most parents find ideal: loving and strict at the same time.

“I want us to be able to tell each other everything”, explains the entrepreneur in a double interview with her daughter Angelina for the magazine “Gala”. However, especially when it comes to digital media, she is absolutely not lenient: “My children don’t get a cell phone until they are 15,” said Williams. In everything she does, she tries to set a good example: “You should see that difficult situations can be mastered with courage.”

At the same time, she wants to tell her daughters how important a good education is and what they need to look out for when choosing a partner: “A partner should be enlightened and have the right mindset,” the 49-year-old is sure.

That is why their method works

The TV lioness uses a very specific example to show that Williams is on the right track with her upbringing: “Angelina once got really upset about women in fairy tales because they just sit around and wait for a man to come she kisses. She thought that was terrible. ” And Angelina adds: “Why can the princesses only ever be saved by princes? Why can’t they save themselves?”
