Julia Paredes has very painful memories of the birth of her second child, which is particularly long and difficult for her. The influencer confided in the complications she suffered.

For some women, childbirth is a wonderful time. For others, this event can quickly turn into a nightmare. Already the mother of a little girl, Julia Paredes gave birth to her second child on June 25. Despite her joy at welcoming a new little one into the family, the reality TV star has suffered tremendously physically. A painful memory that she shares in the columns of Purepeople, this Friday, October 8. “The delivery lasted a very long time. I was started at 10 am and I gave birth the next day at 9.50 am”, she said. Poorly positioned, the baby had to be turned over by the doctor. A vital gesture for the child but which caused a “huge edema” to the mother.

After four hours of intense effort and repeated vomiting every thirty minutes, Vittorio was finally born. But the nightmare had only just begun for Julia Paredes. Having contracted an infection, the 32-year-old influence had to take numerous antibiotics. The beginning of a hell that lasted a month: “I couldn’t sit down, it was a disaster. I held on all day so as not to crack. But in the evening when the children were in bed, I cried in pain, it was so unbearable”, she confided. The infection caused by the edema eventually resolved on its own. To put it into perspective, the small screen star focused on the good health of her newborn baby, her priority.

“I was ashamed of my body”

More than three months after giving birth, Julia Paredes is gradually regaining her health. Like that of many women, the influencer body has changed since giving birth. Having gained 12 kilos during her pregnancy, Luna’s mom never managed to lose them. First a “shame” for her before it becomes a pride. In a message posted on her Instagram account this Friday, October 7, the former reality TV contestant said: “I was ashamed, ashamed of my body. And then I said to myself that I shouldn’t, this body carried life and you shouldn’t be ashamed of it.” The 32-year-old has decided to take charge of herself to feel good about herself. Since then, she has lost 8 kilos thanks to a food rebalancing program. But the companion of Maxime Parisi wishes to remind that one should not follow the “criteria of the company” but rather his personal well-being.
