Julia Roberts keeps her private life out of the public eye as much as possible. The actress also rarely talks about her three children. But now she reveals private details about her loved ones. With good reason: your twins are going to have an exciting time ahead.

They grow up so fast! Julia Roberts, 54, is now rarely open to the public and shares interesting news about her twins, Hazel, and Phinnaeus Moder, 17, as they both head off to college soon. An important period in the lives of teenagers, which, however, seems to get Mama Julia very excited.

Julia Roberts: “I’m just so happy for her”

During an interview with the TV channel “Extra”, Julia Roberts does not talk about her role in the drama series “Gaslit”, but also about her children. The actress needs to take a deep breath before she opens up about the exciting chapter in life that’s about to happen for Hazel and Phinnaeus. “It makes me tingly. I’m really excited!” she says.

The twins still have to graduate from high school before they can go to college, but applications are apparently already underway. Cameraman Danny Moder’s wife, 53, never went to university, which is why she’s all the more happy for her twins. “It’s really exciting and I haven’t been lucky enough to have a college experience, so it’s really fascinating to see how it’s going for them. […] I’m just so happy for her,” enthuses the 54-year-old. However, the “Pretty Woman” actress does not reveal which universities she or her children are considering.

Robert’s twins are both set to go to Berkeley

A source told Closer: “She’s so proud of her kids. The twins will go to the same school – I heard UC Berkeley – but one will study fine arts and the other will study computer and information science.”

The state Berkeley University in the US state of California has been one of the most renowned universities in the world for many years. If that’s true, Roberts will surely be bursting with pride.

Moving was good for the family

After living in Los Angeles with her family for a long time, Julia Roberts moved to San Francisco in 2020. Relocating to northern California, far from Hollywood, has had a positive impact on her family, as Roberts now reveals.

“The move was great,” she says, adding, “Moving with three teenagers during a pandemic is not for the faint of heart, but we made it and everyone seems happy.”
