Julian Nagelsmann’s future still open

Since Thomas Tuchel (49) took over at Bayern, Nagelsmann has made himself rare in public. He said little about his dismissal or his plans for the future. Julian Nagelsmann came to FC Bayern Munich in the summer of 2021. In his first season as a coach, he won the German championship with the team, and the national Supercup in 2021 and 2022.

Nagelsmann also recently had to accept a separation privately: in the summer of 2022 he and his wife Verena ended their relationship after 15 years of marriage. From this two children emerged. Nagelsmann is now in a relationship with the journalist Lena Wurzenberger.
