This Thursday, December 14, the hearing of the case between Hilona Gos and Julien Bert took place in Aix-en-Provence. The young woman won her case, and her ex-partner decided to appeal.
This is a case that has caused a lot of discussion. This pitted two emblematic candidates from French reality TV against each other : Hilona Gos and Julien Bert. The two were in a relationship, engaged, before separating. Following which terrible revelations were made from Hilona, who accused her ex-spouse of domestic violence after providing several pieces of evidence and speaking at length on the subject.
But that’s not all, Julien Bert, recently seen in Les Cinquante or Les Marseillais VS le rest du monde, was accused by his ex-partner of having emptied the accounts of the cosmetics company that they had created together, in order to pay personal expenses. The hearing of the case was held this Thursday, December 14, and was favorable to the complainant, Hilona Gos. The two later spoke out on social media.

Following the hearing, Julien Bert was sentenced by the Aix judges has “two years in prison, including one year with a probationary suspension” and one year firm, as Var Matin explained. The newspaper also reported that the reality TV candidate “ban from managing a company for five years and from having contact with the complainant”. He must also reimburse a sum of more than 100,000 euros to his company as well as to Hilona Gos.
Once the hearing has passed, both parties engaged on social networks. Julien Bert, found guilty, explained on his Instagram account : “I was eager for the trial to pass so that I could turn the page. But unfortunately, that will not be the case. (…) I have this deep conviction that I have not been listened to, heard and understood enough. decided to appeal this sanction. (…) Here is the news, I give it to you myself so that it is not distorted”, did he declare. As for Hilona Gos, the young woman was able to breathe : “Justice has been done. Apparently this day was eagerly awaited because truths were going to be reestablished. The only truth? GUILTY of all the violence and abuse of social property”, she posted in an Instagram story.
