Julien Lieb was the first finalist of the Star Academy 2023. At the beginning of February, the 24-year-old finally lost to Pierre Garnier, the big winner of this 11th promotion of the successful telecrochet broadcast on TF1. After spending three months at the famous castle of Dammarie-les-Lys, Julien was able to reunite with his girlfriend, Amélie. The lovers had never been separated for so long, so his couple went through difficult times, as he had confided to Tele-Leisure : “Obviously, there were ups and downs.” In recent weeks, on the sidelines of the musical tour of the former academicians, rumors have swirled on social networks according to which the semi-finalist is separated from his sweetheart. But a recent video posted on TikTok silenced these rumors.
Uploaded Monday April 22 on the “StarAcademyTour_2024” account, dedicated to the tour of budding artists who participated in the last edition of the show presented by Nikos Aliagas, this video features Julien and his partner, elegantly dressed. The lovebirds, with bright eyes and smiling faces, strike a pose on the red carpet at the premiere of the film Back to Black, a biopic dedicated to the dazzling career and eventful life of British singer Amy Winehouse, who died on July 23, 2011 at the age of 27. Under the photographers’ flash, Julien and his partner seem as comfortable as if they were engaging in such a session every day. The young singer, protective, puts his arm around her. The fans of the ex-academician did not shy away from their pleasure in the comments section: “What class, our Julien!”, “I’m so happy, my Julien, to see you with your girlfriend! You are both beautiful! [Tu es] our rising star!”, “They are so cute !”, “Long live them!”, “Super cute couple!”.

Julian (star Academy): the 24-year-old released a single at the beginning of March
Like many of his comrades, Julien found his way to the studios at the end of the adventure of Star Academy 2023. On March 1st his single was released Like everyone, composed and written for him by Tibz, singer from Dordogne, and by Vincha, songwriter. Julien, a hard worker very invested in his art, told Pyrénées FM that he was not entirely satisfied. “I’m an extremely perfectionist and almost heavy-handed about it. We obviously didn’t have enough time to refine it as much as possible, believed the one who confided, in February, to having been the victim of the very excessive behavior of a fan. But I’m happy with the end result, I’m happy to be able to sing it every night on stage.”
