Without warning, Microsoft has just announced the arrival of a dozen games and content to come for the month of July for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
Summer is already well underway, but the news on the game service side does not stop. Following its Xbox Show Case event in June and the day after the official Xbox Game Pass Core, Microsoft has just announced another batch of games available now or during the month of July. The least we can say is that the indies are in the spotlight.
Games added to the catalog in July
- Techtonica (Game Preview) (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Tom (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- The Cave (Cloud and Console)
- Model (Console and PC) – July 19
- Figure 2: Creed Valley (Cloud, Console, and PC) – July 20
- The Wandering Village (Cloud, Console, and PC) – July 20
- Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – July 25
- Venba (Console and PC) – July 31
- Celestial (Cloud, Console, and PC) – August 1
Three games are already available today: Techtonica, Toem and The Cave, all are appearing on the Game Pass Cloud, PC and consoles.
From July 19it is the aptly named Model which arrives on the game service in PC and console versions. This is a first-person puzzle game that takes you into a world where every building, plant and object can be both tiny and gigantic. The principle is that the world is entirely malleable and the game will require solving puzzles via this rather original game design.

Figure 2: Creed Valley meanwhile arrives July 20. This is an action-adventure game set in the human mind where nightmares wreak havoc and have invaded once peaceful lands. You will have to fight your way through puzzles, musical boss fights and unique environments.

Last title in sight, Venba, which will happen on him July 31. A “narrative cooking” game (yes), in which we play an Indian mother, who immigrates to Canada with her family in the 1980s. The goal: to cook various dishes and lost recipes, hold branching conversations and explore history of the family between love, dramas and more.

Beyond the complete games, the Game pass for the month of July highlights free games and additional content for games already released, including the highly anticipated Sea of Thieves: The Legend of Monkey Island which as the name suggests, is additional content for the game Sea of Thieves in the theme of the legendary adventure game series Monkey Island. Everything will be available from July 20 for all Game Pass subscribers.
