Jura Eighteen years of criminal imprisonment pronounced against Raphaël Goiset


The last day of the trial between Raphaël Goiset, ex-extreme right activist from Clairvaux-les-Lacs accused of attempted murder and imprisoned for almost three years, to William Séverin, ex-policeman victim of revolver fire by the first, ended this Wednesday, June 15.

After several long hours of pleadings, the Haute-Garonne Assize Court decided to sentence Raphaël Goiset to eighteen years’ imprisonment, the same sentence required by the Attorney General. This prison sentence is accompanied by fifteen years of ineligibility and five years of socio-judicial follow-up from his release.
