The daughter of Richard Berry, Coline Berry-Rojtman, who accuses her father of incest, appeared this Friday before the court of Aurillac for defamation. It was American singer Jeane Manson, who was in a relationship with Richard Berry, who filed a defamation suit.
The judgment was reserved for April 14, after a tense hearing, marked by a slap.

In this case, Coline Berry-Rojtman, 45, eldest daughter of Richard Berry, born in 1976, the fruit of his relationship with actress Catherine Hiegel, had filed a complaint for “acts of rape and sexual assault on a 15-year-old minor by ascendancy and minor corruption” dating back to 1984-1985.
A preliminary investigation has been opened since the complaint was filed on January 25.
Coline Berry-Rojtman was heard by the investigators. She “was able to denounce the facts she suffered, explain, detail. We did not come empty-handed, but with many elements (…) Now the police will be able to do their job, “said his lawyer, Me Karine Shebabo.
In particular, she explained to the investigators that she had to take part in sexual games while her father was, at the time, in a relationship with the American singer Jeane Manson.

Following these accusations, Richard Berry expressed himself: “I deny with all my strength and without ambiguity these filthy accusations. I have never had inappropriate or incestuous relations with Coline, nor with any of my children, ”assured the 70-year-old actor.
” Everything is false. They are unfortunately lies and she, I think, ended up believing them. It’s heartbreaking for a father. I have no attraction for children. I am deeply, frankly, desperate,” the actor said on the stand.
“I didn’t want to file a complaint because she’s my daughter. I wanted to testify to support Jeane Manson”, he explained, referring to a “particular situation”: “We have still not been heard” in the context of the preliminary investigation opened with the Paris prosecutor’s office .

At the start of the morning, the defense lawyers had pleaded the impossibility of judging defamation, while the facts denounced by Coline Berry-Rojtman are the subject of an investigation. But the court did not follow them.
“I do not see how this defamation lawsuit can be held until my client’s complaint has been fully dealt with by the courts,” Coline Berry-Rojtman’s lawyer told BFMTV.
