Indeed, the Keeper of the Seals Éric Dupond-Moretti announced on January 5 a future mobile application, which should offer various services to individuals. It is to be launched in April 2023.
The announcement of this application is part of a more general action plan announced by the Minister, to help a judicial system described in poor condition by many legal professionals. Around sixty measures have thus been announced by Éric Dupond-Moretti (on the budget, on simplification, on juvenile justice, on amicable agreements, etc.), including this application.
Practical information, simulators, professionals nearby….
Examples of what this application, which should be available on Android and iOS, will allow have been given. Inside will be:
- Simulators for practical cases (legal aid, alimony)
- A geolocation tool to locate professionals (a notary, a lawyer) nearby, or even courts.
For the Keeper of the Seals, this application is part of an effort of proximity between justice and the population. It is ” simplify the lives of litigants to bring them closer to their justice “, he said in his presentation speech.
