The Easter Bunny put something very special into the nest for fans of Justin Bieber. The singer surprisingly released a brand new record.

Special Easter surprise for fans of Justin Bieber (27, “Changes”): A good two weeks after the release of his current album “Justice” (March 19th), the Canadian singer released a new EP on Sunday (April 4th) with the title “Freedom” on the market.

Six new tracks can be heard on the extended play album, including the title track “Freedom”, which Bieber worked on with music producer Beam (26). The songs can all be assigned to the gospel genre – perfect for the Easter holidays.

Bieber had it Publication of his latest work announced with a screenshotwhich he shared on Instagram and which serves as the EP cover. He shows a note on the artist’s smartphone that only contains the word “Freedom”. Almost three hours later Bieber posted another screenshot on the social media platform. This revealed the track list of the new album.

The Canadian is not the first to delight his fans with new music without prior notice. In December 2013, US star Beyoncé (39) started the trend of surprise releases with her album of the same name “Beyoncé”. “Lemonade” followed in 2016, also unannounced. Since then, Taylor Swift (31, “Folklore” and “Evermore”, both 2020) and Eminem (48, “Music to Be Murdered By”, 2020) have surprisingly released new long players.
