Married for two years
The couple got engaged in the Bahamas in July 2018 and married quietly in New York just two months later. In September of the following year they made their marriage vows a second time in a large church ceremony with 150 invited guests. In the YouTube documentary "Justin Bieber: Next Chapter", the singer explained how the pandemic has brought him and his wife even closer. "The tour was canceled and I had to adjust to it," he said of scenes with him and Hailey. "It allowed us to take a step back and focus on each other. That was a nice thing. And that became working on an album."
