Professionally, Kai Havertz is currently in the fast lane – and the national kicker is also stepping on the gas in his love life. After his transfer from Chelsea FC to Arsenal FC was made official last week, he is now apparently ready to break new ground privately: the soccer professional has got engaged.
Things couldn’t be better for DFB star Kai Havertz, 24, not only on the pitch. The kicker is obviously on a lucky streak, because Sophia Weber said “yes”. It’s not officially in front of the altar yet, but it’s probably going to be there for both of them soon. The soccer professional has asked the model for his hand. He announced the engagement on Friday, July 7, 2023 on his Instagram channel.

What a wonderful change: Havertz usually posts snapshots from his sports life. But now the Aachener is showing himself to be very romantic. He made the new milestone in his life public with an enchanting photo with his loved one. The couple smile lovingly at each other, Sophia cups his face with her hands, in the background only the sea and the horizon. To melt away! The kicker does not make big words about the exciting life event. A ring, a white heart and the sign of infinity will have to suffice.
A childhood love with a happy ending
The two happy lovebirds have been a couple for several years and are said to have known each other since they were young. When the wedding bells will ring remains her secret for the time being. The promise to say “yes” to each other soon has to be enough.
