"Tagesschau" spokeswoman Karolin Kandler gave birth to another baby. Her daughter Felipa saw the light of day on Monday.

Great baby news from "Tagesschau" spokeswoman Karolin Kandler (36). As she herself confirmed to the "Bild" newspaper, she has become a mother for the second time. Her daughter Felipa was born on Monday in Munich. Actually, she wasn't supposed to see the light of day by caesarean section until a week later, "but that probably took too long for her," reports Kandler. "At 50 centimeters, Felipa weighs 2930 grams and is still a very sweet, quiet girl," said Kandler about her newborn daughter.

Incidentally, she wants to get back to the studio quickly: "My boss is so nice and flexible and has left my return open for me. Let's see how affectionate the little one is and how we manage it in the family." Kandler is already the mother of the now four-year-old Ludwig, who is evidently already fulfilling his brotherly duties: "The dog doesn't deviate an inch from the stroller. And Ludwig wanted a bow and sword so that he could protect his sister."
