Their second-born Bingham is literally bringing a new rhythm to the family structure, as his father, Matt Bellamy, recently gushed to ET: “He’s a great drummer,” said the British musician. “He bangs the drums all the time and I’m starting to jam with him now.” Hudson, meanwhile, is still an avid fan of her ex-partner, it seems, calling him “so wonderful.” She says with palpable conviction: “I couldn’t have asked for a better co-parent.”
A bond also fueled by Hudson’s close friendship with Bellamy’s wife, Elle. Both families even spend holidays together. “For me it’s like you loved that person. It doesn’t just go away, you can restore a different kind of love,” said the 43-year-old. “You can have a great time with an ex because you really only focus on your child’s love.”
“I hope we get married!”
The Hollywood star has been engaged to Danny Fujikawa since 2021.
