Lamkin made a lasting impression in a small but fine scene in “No Country for Old Men”. In the Coen brothers’ thriller, as the manager of a trailer park, she let the mysterious killer Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem, 53) run mercilessly. He wants to know from her where Moss (Josh Brolin, 54), whom he is chasing, works. But no information can be elicited from her.

In the horror remake “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” (2003) and in the sequel from 2006 she played a role as the sinister “Tea Lady”, as she is only called in the credits.
