Singer and TV juror Katy Perry surprised her fans with a new hairstyle – reminding her of her old look.
Katy Perry (36, “Prism”) likes to surprise her fans with unusual outfits and looks. This time it was her hairstyle that caught everyone’s attention. The singer, known for a long time as a blonde posted a photo on Instagram, which she shows at an appearance as an “American Idol” judge – she presents her hair as a long, black mane. In her surprising transformation, she obviously used a wig. In a short clip, in which Perry speaks to her fans, the new look can be seen in more detail.
Perry, who wore a black midi dress with sparkling, multicolored stones by Dolce & Gabbana for her TV appearance, was reminiscent of bygone times with the new hairstyle. A few years ago, the singer decided to swap her dark-haired signature look for platinum blonde hair. She wears these alternately as a pixie cut or sometimes longer as a bob or laid in long waves. In the end, she also proved that she cannot completely part with her dark look in February and early April 2021, when she was also shown on Instagram with a long mane in a dark tone.
