It constitutes the highest level of recognition of the quality of a company’s working environment. To do this, the ‘Great Place to Work’ teams carry out an audit of managerial practices through a questionnaire intended for company employees. Sixty questions make it possible to analyze the following 5 dimensions: fairness, credibility, respect, friendliness, pride. In particular, they show that more than 8 employees out of 10 say they are proud to work at Kaufman and Broad, while 8 employees out of 10 say that the premises and equipment contribute to creating a pleasant working environment.
