Kaufman & Broad: CEO net income up 11.7% in 2022 – 01/30/2023 at 6:28 pm


(CercleFinance.com) – Kaufman & Broad publishes a turnover of 1314 ME for the year 2022, up 2.5% compared to 2021 (1281 ME).

At the same time, the EBIT (current result) remained stable at 98 ME, while the net result, group share rose from 43 to 49 ME, an increase of 11.7%. Consequently, net income group share per share fell from 2.02 euros to 2.27 euros.

The company is thus proposing a dividend of €2.40 per share for the 2022 financial year.

” The results for the 2022 financial year are in line with the guidance. They confirm Kaufman & Broad’s ability to maintain a solid economic performance in a constrained environment,” reacted Nordine Hachemi, CEO. from Kaufman & Broad.

Over the whole of the 2023 financial year, sales should be around 1.5 billion euros, the current operating income rate should be around 8% and the group should be in a positive net cash, continues the manager.
