(CercleFinance.com) – Kaufman & Broad announces that its Combined General Meeting, held at the registered office on May 5, decided to distribute a total dividend of 1.95 euros per share for the financial year closed on November 30, 2021.
The real estate group specifies that this cash dividend will be paid on June 3, the ex-date and the closing date for the payment of this dividend being set respectively on June 1 and 2.
