Kaufman & Broad sells off-plan to Pestana a hotel within the Austerlitz A7A8 project


(Boursier.com) — Located in the heart of the new Austerlitz district, the 4-star Pestana CR7 PARIS hotel, built by Kaufman & Broad, will have 210 rooms. On the tenth floor of the building, a landscaped rooftop with a swimming pool and a bar open to the public will offer a breathtaking 180o view of Paris.
“An illustration of Kaufman & Broad’s know-how, the building, which is exemplary in terms of energy consumption, is certified NF HQE Tertiary Buildings, Excellent level, thanks in particular to the use of energy-saving technologies.
Connected to the heating networks, hot water production will be supplemented by a gray water heat recovery system. In addition, a 3,400 m(2) photovoltaic farm installed on the roofs of the A7A8 building complex will supply part of the buildings with electricity,” comments the group.

The hotel will be part of the Austerlitz A7A8 project, which will eventually include an office campus including the new headquarters of the French Development Agency, a residence for students, apprentices and young workers, social and intermediate housing, shops, a public car park, 2,000 parking spaces for bicycles, offices and a refueling center for the SNCF as well as an EMMAUS local association.

Work on the hotel began at the beginning of 2023, with delivery scheduled for 2027.

The transaction was carried out by CBRE Hôtel France, advising on the sale of the hotel opus of the project.
