(CercleFinance.com) – Overall turnover stood at 228.0 million euros (excluding tax) in the 1st quarter of 2024, compared to 586.5 million euros for the same period in 2023.
Housing turnover amounts to 197.2 million euros (excl. tax), compared to 229.3 million euros (excl. tax) in 2023. It represents 86.5% of the group’s turnover.
In the 1st quarter of 2024, the gross margin amounted to 45.9 million euros, compared to 85.0 million euros over the same period in 2023. The gross margin rate stood at 20.1% to compare to 14.5% over the same period of 2023.
Net income – group share stands at 11.0 million euros compared to 31.6 million euros over the same period in 2023.
Over the entire 2024 financial year, the group’s turnover should be around 1.1 billion euros.
