(CercleFinance.com) – Kaufman & Broad announces that it has been informed that an appeal in cassation has been lodged before the Council of State following the rejection by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris, on November 18, 2021, of the request for cancellation of the building permit for the redevelopment project in the Gare d’Austerlitz district (lots A7/A8) obtained on December 14, 2020.
Kaufman & Broad will keep the market informed of the outcome of this appeal, the company says.
