On April 22, the singer was rushed to Pessac hospital in Gironde after being shot to the tune of travelers in Biscarrosse in the southwest of France. If the circumstances of this accident are unclear, Kendji Girac revealed that he was the author of the unfortunate shot which almost cost him his life.
If he recently apologized to the public through an Instagram post after the very touching speech of his partner Soraya, he did not allude to the addictions which have been attributed to him in recent weeks. Alcohol, drugs… Kendji Girac would be addicted to certain substances which would have unfortunately led him to this unfortunate gesture. It’s on Sam Zirah’s show called In complete privacy that Keen’V spoke this Monday, May 13 about the Kendji Girac affair. If he does not deny the problems potentially encountered by Kendji Girac (but he does not confirm them either), he is nevertheless certain of one thing: revealing such information about him in such a context is not the best idea of the century. “We could have tried to preserve it”, he said. “The fact of having spread this over his life, I’m not sure that it helps him get back on track.”
He also states: “If he had become an alcoholic and was addicted to cocaine, I’m not sure publicizing it would help him much.“He who had the opportunity to meet Kendji Girac during certain parties does not really recognize the profile of the person who was described in the media : “He is a very kind, smiling, caring person. I spent a few evenings with him… I don’t feel like he’s being portrayed as the person I know.“
There is no doubt that these few words will go straight to the heart of Kendji Girac. As a reminder, the singer revealed that he had simulated a suicide attempt to scare his partner Soraya, mother of their 3-year-old daughter, Eva Alba. The young woman spoke to Le Parisien to correct rumors. She had notably denied the fact of having fled France with their daughter and of having abandoned Kendji in the hospital. It is still hand in hand that the couple goes through this ordeal today.
