(CercleFinance.com) – Baillie Gifford & Co., acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on March 4, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the company’s capital Kering and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 6,193,804 Kering shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.97% of the capital and 3.49% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from the takeover by clients and funds of the exercise of voting rights attached to Kering shares, previously exercised by Baillie Gifford & Co.
