(CercleFinance.com) – Kering announces a bond issue for a total amount of 1.5 billion euros in two tranches.
A first tranche concerns 750 million euros at 6 years with a coupon of 3.25% and a second tranche of 750 million euros at 10 years with a coupon of 3.375%.
‘ This issue is part of the Group’s active liquidity management. It contributes to increasing the Group’s financial flexibility by allowing the refinancing of its existing debt,” indicates the management.
