Kering: bond issue of 1.75 billion euros – 03/05/2024 at 6:20 p.m.


(CercleFinance.com) – Kering has carried out a bond issue for a total amount of 1.75 billion euros. This issue includes a tranche of 1 billion euros over 8 years with a coupon of 3.375% and a tranche of 750 million euros over 12 years with a coupon of 3.625%.

‘ This issue is part of the active management of the Group’s liquidity. It contributes to increasing the Group’s financial flexibility.

The Group benefits from a long-term rating of ‘A’ with a ‘negative’ outlook from Standard & Poor’s.
