(CercleFinance.com) – Kering has carried out an inaugural bond issue in pounds sterling for a total amount of 800 million.
This issue includes a tranche of 400 million over 3 years with a coupon of 5.125% and a tranche of 400 million over 9 years with a coupon of 5%.
This issue contributes to increasing the Group’s financial flexibility and allows it to diversify its sources of financing by accessing, for the first time, the bond market in pounds sterling.
The Group’s long-term debt is rated ‘A’ by Standard & Poor’s with a stable outlook.
