PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The luxury group Kering announced on Thursday that it has carried out a bond issue for a total amount of 1.5 billion euros, split into a tranche of 750 million euros at 3 years matched with a coupon of 1.25% and an 8-year tranche of 750 million euros with a coupon of 1.875%. “This issue is part of the group’s active liquidity management,” Kering said in a statement. “It contributes to the increase in the financial flexibility of the group by allowing the refinancing of its existing debt as well as, in part, the financing of the acquisition of Maui Jim”, specified the luxury group.
