Kering: changes to the board of directors – 03/04/2022 at 15:14


(CercleFinance.com) – Kering announces that its board of directors has approved changes to its composition, including the resignation of Sophie L’Hélias and the non-renewal of Yseulys Costes as independent directors.

The appointments of Véronique Weill, Yonca Dervisoglu and Serge Weinberg, as well as the renewal of Daniela Riccardi, as independent directors, will be submitted to the general meeting of April 28.

As part of these changes, the Board of Directors has entrusted the Appointments and Governance Committee with the tasks of replacing Sophie L’Hélias in the role of lead director and working on the recomposition of the committees following the G.
