(CercleFinance.com) – Kering announces today that it has finalized the acquisition of a 30% stake in Valentino, under the terms communicated on July 27, 2023 and after having obtained approval from the competition authorities.
This participation will be recognized in Kering’s accounts using the equity method from today.
