2024 - Kering: new appointments to the group's executive committee

(CercleFinance.com) – Kering announces the appointment of Mélanie Flouquet, Director of Strategy, and Armelle Poulou, Financial Director, to the Group Executive Committee as of today.

With these two appointments, the Executive Committee now has 13 members, 46% of whom are women.

Mélanie Flouquet worked for 20 years at JP Morgan where she was Managing Director in charge of the Equity Research team in the luxury sector. She has been Director of Strategy at Kering since May 2021.

For her part, Armelle Poulou successively held, in France and internationally, various financial positions at Procter&Gamble, Hewlett-Packard and EDF, before joining Kering in 2019 as Director of Financing, Treasury and Insurance. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kering in September 2023.
