When Christine Baumgartner moves out, she is only allowed to take personal items with her. For furniture and co. she needs Kevin Costner’s Okay.

Kevin Costner’s (68) wife Christine Baumgartner (49) has to move out of the family villa by the end of July. Like the US portal “TMZ” reports that she is only allowed to take her private belongings with her. A judge has ruled that in the case of furnishings, she must first ask the Hollywood star for permission.

She is only allowed to pack clothes, toiletries and the like

According to TMZ, the judge ruled Friday (July 14) that Baumgartner was allowed to take all of her clothing, toiletries, handbags and jewelry with her when she moved out. However, she is not allowed to pack other furniture, electrical appliances and works of art – unless she gets permission from Kevin Costner to do so.

Since Baumgartner filed for divorce in May because of “irreconcilable differences,” the former couple have been fighting over finances and their three children. The 49-year-old wanted to move out later, but Costner insisted on the marriage contract. Accordingly, Baumgartner must leave the family property as quickly as possible. A judge set the date as July 31.

Costner has to pay nearly $130,000 a month in child support

The judge also made a provisional decision on maintenance. Accordingly, the 68-year-old has to pay his wife almost 130,000 US dollars (approx. 118,000 euros) a month for their three children. That reported “Fox News” last week, citing existing court documents. Accordingly, the “Yellowstone” star has to pay his ex-partner $ 129,755 a month to support the children. Costner now has to dig deeper into his pockets: So far he has been paying 51,940 US dollars per month (about 47,000 euros), his lawyers called this a “reasonable” amount of maintenance in court. However, Baumgartner had demanded $ 249,000 (approx. 225,000 euros).

The judge also ordered the actor to pay his estranged wife $300,000 in legal and litigation costs. In addition, both ex-partners should share the costs of health, sports and extracurricular activities for the children.

As Fox News reported, Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1 due to “irreconcilable differences.” The documents state April 11, 2023 as the date of separation. The couple married in 2004 and have children Cayden (16), Hayes (14) and Grace (13).
