Decision is approaching in the Kevin Spacey case. The jury is now deliberating on a verdict in the sex abuse claims.

A decision is coming in the trial of Kevin Spacey (63) in London. The jury met according to media reports withdrawn to deliberate on the nine charges. As of Monday, the jury could not yet agree on a verdict. The decision was adjourned.

The trial of Kevin Spacey started a month ago. Four men accuse the actor of sexual harassment. The cases are said to have happened between 2001 and 2013 in London and Gloucestershire. The American was artistic director at the Old Vic Theater in London from 2004 to 2012 and lived in the metropolis for a while.

Three of the alleged victims spoke in court of unwanted sexualized touches by the star. He is said to have grabbed them between the legs – “like a cobra” he grabbed, said one of the men.

‘Romantic’ and ‘awkward’ touches: Kevin Spacey in court

In relation to an alleged victim, Kevin Spacey spoke in court of a “somehow intimate” friendship and “romantic” touches. In another instance, the actor admitted to a “clumsy overture.” But he stopped when the man asked for it. The witness said so too. Spacey dismissed the accusation from the third prosecutor as “insane”.

The fourth case goes beyond uninvited touch. The plaintiff accuses Kevin Spacey of drugging him. When he woke up in Spacey’s apartment, he realized that Spacey was performing sexual acts on him. However, Spacey described the “intimate moment” as consensual.

Kevin Spacey has pleaded not guilty to all four counts.
