British prosecutors have announced the indictment of Kevin Spacey for sexually assaulting three men. The facts would have taken place in the mid-2000s, until 2013.
Thursday, May 26, Kevin Spacey was charged with four sexual assaults on three men, between 2005 and 2013: “The CPS has authorized criminal charges against Kevin Spacey, 62 years old, for four counts of sexual assault against three men”, announced the head of the special crimes division of the CPS (Crown prosecution service) in a press release.

Other accusations continue to hang over the former headliner from the Serie House of Cards, which had been filmed by one of his plaintiffs. The head of the CPS’s Special Crimes Division provided more information on these side cases, which follow several pieces of evidence gathered during an investigation: “He was also charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without their consent”she added.
Among the four counts are two charges involving the same victim, with events that allegedly occurred in 2005. Three years later, Kevin Spacey would have had a second victimthe third indictment, that he would have pushed to have non-consensual intercourse with penetration.
