Keyrus: In exclusive negotiations to buy Sonum

(CercleFinance.com) – Keyrus has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in Sonum International, a specialist in enterprise performance improvement (EPM) and Anaplan management planning solutions.

The technology consulting company explains that this investment should enable it to expand its EPM offer worldwide and strengthen its capacities in order to support a greater number of customers.

Founded in 2010 in The Hague (Netherlands), Sonum supports its clients in optimizing the implementation of their performance management processes and methods.

Anaplan’s global partner, especially in training, Sonum has successfully led more than 120 implementations in large international groups and medium-sized companies.

In a press release, Keyrus stresses that it has been Sonum’s industrial partner for several years, with which it shares a common culture of entrepreneurship and value creation.

Their capital merger should allow them to further strengthen their offer and their geographical coverage, with combined teams now united in 26 countries and on four continents.

Sonum expects to achieve a turnover of 5.5 million euros in 2022 and currently employs 55 consultants in the Netherlands, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, Finland and Poland, which will add four new countries to the Keyrus group, already present in Spain and Portugal.
